- Conduct quality review of accounting work.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
- Act as key support for Client Relationship Managers (CRM).
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in alignment with Australian Accounting Standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Australian tax laws and regulations.
- Perform detailed financial analysis.
- Lead and streamline month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and best practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA or CPA qualification from Australia is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in progressive tax accounting roles.
- Expertise: Proven experience in SME accounting, tax advisory, and handling Family Groups comprising multiple entities.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the various tax acts, both State and Federal, as well as other corporate requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in major accounting software like MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Keen attention to detail and independent work ethic.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
