Job Description

Conduct quality review of accounting work.
Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
Act as key support for Client Relationship Managers (CRM).
Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements in alignment with Australian Accounting Standards.
Ensure strict adherence to Australian tax laws and regulations.
Perform detailed financial analysis.
Lead and streamline month-end and year-end closing processes.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and best practices.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA or CPA qualification from Australia is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in progressive tax accounting roles.
Expertise: Proven experience in SME accounting, tax advisory, and handling Family Groups comprising multiple entities.
Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of the various tax acts, both State and Federal, as well as other corporate requirements.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in major accounting software like MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks is preferred.
Personal Attributes: Keen attention to detail and independent work ethic.
Languages: Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
