- Improve sample models for VN products.
- Provide technical guidance for VN products.
- Coordinate with domestic sample makers to keep product data updated.
- Provide technical guidance to outsourced sofa factories.
- Guide processes related to upholsterers, sofa assembly, leather sewing, and wood assembly.
- Guide sample production transfer between factories.
- Ensure consistency with Chinese standards in terms of sofa seating comfort and craftsmanship.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in size, material, and seating comfort standards for American and European-style sofas.
- Familiar with sofa quality standards.
- Capable of producing samples based on drawings or photos and identifying key elements of American/European standards and customer requirements.
- Over 10 years of experience in the sofa industry, with at least 5 years in sample making.
- Fast learner.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
