Mô tả công việc

Improve sample models for VN products.
Provide technical guidance for VN products.
Coordinate with domestic sample makers to keep product data updated.
Provide technical guidance to outsourced sofa factories.
Guide processes related to upholsterers, sofa assembly, leather sewing, and wood assembly.
Guide sample production transfer between factories.
Ensure consistency with Chinese standards in terms of sofa seating comfort and craftsmanship.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficient in size, material, and seating comfort standards for American and European-style sofas.
Familiar with sofa quality standards.
Capable of producing samples based on drawings or photos and identifying key elements of American/European standards and customer requirements.
Over 10 years of experience in the sofa industry, with at least 5 years in sample making.
Fast learner.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills.
