Job Description

Support the Sales Strategy Manager in setting up strategies for TT and MT channels.

Support Sales Activities:

  • Assist the Japanese manager with sales strategies.
  • Gather information, analyze data, and interact with related sections.
  • Plan sales strategies and support general sales operations for TT and MT channels.
  • Work with systems, manage and update data (agent, customer, product, route, salesman, etc.).
  • Support Branch SA, DS, and agents in terms of system operation.
  • Report to the Japanese manager.

Others:

  • Perform other sales activities as assigned by the JP MNG/BOD.
  • Follow processes and forms as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015.

Job Requirement

Education: University degree.

Major: Knowledge of Sales and the FMCG industry.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or an equivalent position at an FMCG company (TT channel).
  • Working in a Japanese company or studying/working in Japan is a plus.

Skills & Attitude:

  • Strong communication, numerical mindset, and logical thinking skills.
  • PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English (Upper Intermediate, Business level).
  • Serious, target-oriented working attitude.
