Strategic Planning and Business Operations: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, allocate sales targets, and oversee all sales activities.
Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the live pig transportation process while maintaining quality and safety.
Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, handle negotiations and contracts, manage orders, provide after-sales service, and manage debt collection.
Market Research and Pricing: Analyze market trends, develop competitive pricing strategies, and adjust prices based on market conditions.
Customer and Distributor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, develop customer care programs, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
Training and Team Development: Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and complete other administrative duties.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar sales management role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement customer care strategies.
Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and communication.
Advanced English language proficiency and advanced office IT skills.
Physically fit for the job.
Careful, honest, enthusiastic, and responsible work ethic.
