- Strategic Planning and Business Operations: Develop and implement regional sales strategies, allocate sales targets, and oversee all sales activities.
- Process Optimization: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the live pig transportation process while maintaining quality and safety.
- Sales Management: Oversee daily sales operations, handle negotiations and contracts, manage orders, provide after-sales service, and manage debt collection.
- Market Research and Pricing: Analyze market trends, develop competitive pricing strategies, and adjust prices based on market conditions.
- Customer and Distributor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, develop customer care programs, and collaborate on marketing initiatives.
- Training and Team Development: Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and complete other administrative duties.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar sales management role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement customer care strategies.
- Solid understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and communication.
- Advanced English language proficiency and advanced office IT skills.
- Physically fit for the job.
- Careful, honest, enthusiastic, and responsible work ethic.
