- Manage, develop, and accelerate sales and overall performance of the company, focusing on sales and new business development for specific areas/branches (TTP, MVP, and its branch).
- Manage and control sales business activities for the North area.
- Utilize expertise and relationships to develop new clients and partners.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong connections with existing clients and partners.
- Provide market intelligence and reports to assist in company strategy making, such as industry information (market share, competitor positions), and market situation analysis (various sectors). Generalized sector mentions are retained for context.
- Execute management plans to boost sales performance.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
- Advise and provide suggestions to the Board of Directors on relevant issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of work experience in Packaging, Chemical, or FMCG companies. Experience in packaging or packaging-related fields is preferred.
- Experience closing deals with domestic and global companies.
- A wide network of relationships with partners in the plastics industry, FMCG, F&B, Seafood, Agrochemical, or related industries. These industry mentions are generalized references retained for context.
- Management skills in controlling business (B2B and other).
- Skills in market data gathering.
- Fluency in English.
