Business Development and Customer Acquisition

  • Search, identify, and develop new corporate (B2B) customers and potential retail clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and projects.
  • Generate new business opportunities and ensure sales growth; earn direct profit share from new orders.

Sales Operations and Customer Service

  • Introduce and consult customers on products and services, providing detailed and accurate information.
  • Address inquiries and offer appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
  • Build trustworthy and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Perform sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposal discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill orders and deliver high-quality service.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales reports accurately and on time.

Communication and Coordination

  • Work closely with other teams to improve business processes and client service.
  • Receive ongoing training on product knowledge and technical updates to support customer solutions.
  • Communicate effectively in English with international clients, suppliers, and partners.

Education & Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in chemical sales or industrial product distribution.
  • Experience with adhesive products, surface treatment chemicals, or industrial materials is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automation, machine manufacturing, or electrical-mechanical control systems.
  • Familiarity with client industries such as electronics, medical, automotive, and general manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies

  • Male or female, aged between 24 and 40.
  • Fluent English communication skills (writing, emailing, and negotiation); Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and business-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
