Business Development & Sales Execution
- Search for and approach potential clients who require import/export and freight forwarding services, including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and related logistics operations.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by promoting value-added services and long-term cooperation.
- Collaborate with the pricing team to provide tailored logistics solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize service contracts with clients.
- Prepare and manage quotations based on client requirements, balancing purchase and selling rates effectively.
- Plan and conduct client meetings, presentations, and visits to promote services and secure new business.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide consultancy on import/export procedures and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely communication with clients.
- Manage after-sales service and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues in collaboration with relevant departments.
Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market demand, competition, and industry trends to propose business development strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain service quality standards by coordinating with operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or the Board of Directors.

Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, logistics, marketing, or import/export operations.
- In-depth knowledge of international trade and import/export procedures.
- Established client or partner network within the logistics industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work under high pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and teamwork abilities.
- Responsible, honest, and career-driven with long-term commitment to the company.
- English proficiency is preferred.
