Job Description

Business Development & Sales Execution

• Search for and approach potential clients who require import/export and freight forwarding services, including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and related logistics operations.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by promoting value-added services and long-term cooperation.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to provide tailored logistics solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize service contracts with clients.
• Prepare and manage quotations based on client requirements, balancing purchase and selling rates effectively.
• Plan and conduct client meetings, presentations, and visits to promote services and secure new business.

Customer Relationship Management

• Provide consultancy on import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Coordinate with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely communication with clients.
• Manage after-sales service and resolve client inquiries, complaints, or issues in collaboration with relevant departments.

Market Research & Strategy

• Analyze market demand, competition, and industry trends to propose business development strategies and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain service quality standards by coordinating with operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or the Board of Directors.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, or related fields.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, logistics, marketing, or import/export operations.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade and import/export procedures.
• Established client or partner network within the logistics industry is a plus.
