Sales Development & Customer Account Management

• Develop and manage customer accounts in Oil & Gas, EPC contractors, clean room, refinery, power plant, industrial plants, and end-user factory segments.
• Promote and sell HAM-LET® valves, fittings, hoses, gauges, Dockweiler tubing and fittings, Mega tubing, fittings and valves.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Quotation, Order Follow-up & Sales Execution

• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Ensure payment collection and provide strong after-sales customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Technical Consultation & Market Support

• Provide basic technical consultation to customers, with product training provided.
• Support customers with product information related to valves, fittings, gas line systems, and industrial equipment solutions.

Education & Experience

• College or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Gas-Line field, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, industrial valves, fittings, mechanical equipment, EPC or project-based sales, clean room, or sanitary fields.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn technical products.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Email.
• Able to manage quotations, orders, contracts, delivery schedules, sales reports, and payment follow-up.

Language / Other Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Chinese Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial equipment, gas line systems, clean room, or pharmaceutical manufacturing customers is preferred.
