Partner (SI & Provider) Management
- Understand the business process of each SI and provider to position the Company as SI's choice.
- Communicate Company values to SIs and providers.
- Evaluate SI performance.
- Support both sales activities and technical support.
- Ensure the Company is chosen as the SI's first priority and maintain quality services.
User Management (SI)
- Regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships.
- Close relationship with SI and achieve sales targets.
- Expand customer database and select the most effective ones.
- Promote Company Robotics through exhibitions and seminars.
Reporting
- Conduct weekly team meetings to report on work progress and share information (e.g., End user information, SI database).
- Monitor ongoing team process reporting (e.g., monthly forecast report, Project Control Sheet).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and develop weekly action plans.
Personal and Team Working
- Attend necessary developed skills training.
- Maintain and develop product information and technical knowledge.
- Ensure good cooperation with colleagues inside and outside the department.
- Motivate the team to follow company rules and regulations.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics.
Experience & Knowledge
- 3-5 years of sales & technical support experience working with Robot industrial products.
- Experience in programming a 3D graphic simulation software.
- Understanding of basic programming languages.
Skills & Competencies
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Command of English communication.
Personality & Attitude
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
