Sales & Strategy Execution
- Set, monitor, and achieve annual sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales and development strategies in line with overall business objectives.
- Complete and update all retail targets and consistently communicate them to the team.
Store Operations & Customer Service
- Manage rotas to ensure adequate cover for the stores for customer service, opening and closing times, and replenishment, sending schedules a month in advance.
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service across all retail locations.
- Ensure team members are engaging, acknowledging, courteous, and develop excellent product knowledge to interact effectively with customers.
Team Management & HR
- Lead recruitment, interviews, selection, training, and development of new employees.
- Carry out annual performance reviews to manage and motivate individuals, providing clear direction and support.
- Complete payroll activities, including sending new starter, employee changes, and leaver information to HR accurately and on time.
- Review team performance by providing immediate constructive feedback to praise excellent performance and address areas of need.
- Proactively manage any poor performance issues using appropriate company policies.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Build a strong, supportive relationship with Marketing, the Customer Service team, and the Management team.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports including Annual, Monthly, and Weekly Plans and KPIs, Store Performance, Sales Achievement, Market Insights, Competitor Analysis, and Sales Strategies.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Relevant proven experience in a similar retail operations role, preferably having worked in a fast-paced, high-turnover store.
Skills & Competencies
- Good standard of numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize workloads, and delegate tasks effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage the team and report to the General Manager.

- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to lead change with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, driven, and thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including the willingness to work weekends.
