The Real Estate Investment Assistant Manager (or Senior Staff) will support the Japanese Manager in two primary areas:
1. Business Management of Office Building Projects:
- Manage project finance conditions.
- Handle company management tasks, including administration of the project company and oversight of leasing and operation teams.
2. New Project Acquisition:
- Investment Analysis: Analyze project development structure, project cash flow, contract terms, and other relevant investment factors.
- Contract Negotiation: Participate in negotiations with partners and assist in preparing project contracts.
- Legal Procedures: Provide support for legal procedures related to projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
Work Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge: Understanding of accounting, finance, administration, and relevant laws.
Educational Background: University degree.
Language:
- Japanese: N1 level (or equivalent) is mandatory.
- English: Business level proficiency (documentation, translation, etc.) is required.
