Mô tả công việc
I. Job Purpose:
Research & Development for Hair care products.
II. Main Duties and Functions:
1. Contact point in Vietnam for matters related to Hair & Scalp, Hair care product’s performance information.
2. Mainly focus on developing Standard Performance Test for Haircare products (Coordinate with Experts/ Researchers in Skin Care Center)
3. Catch the latest Technology, market trend, new ideas about Hair care products and work closely with Formulation team to develop product ahead the market, highly competitive to competitors.
4. Generate and support for product claim/communication.
5. Coordinate with Experts/Researchers/Academic Institutes to create New Innovation/Patent in Hair care.
6. Develop Standard Performance Test which can be applied for the whole group.
7. Understand consumer need and translation into technical properties and performance characteristic.
8. Develop and maintain technical in Hair Care center team.
9. Anticipate, assess and minimize of PR issue and competitive challenge. Competitor monitoring
10. Responsible for laboratory safety management

III. Qualification Requirements
1. Min 5 years’ experience about Hair care formulation/product in FMCG industry
2. Master in using Lab Equipment, Machinery Testing Method
3. Keen on learning, developing New Testing Method & Product Evaluation Application
4. Experience in setting and examining liked-Clinical test, Panel test.
5. Experience in microbiology is an advantage.
6. Work fluently & comfortably with regional partners and other OPCOs.
7. Able to manage people and drive team in achieving target on time.
8. Able to generate new initiatives and innovations
