Clinic Operations & Human Resources

  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors to handle personnel policies, compensation, and benefits systems.
  • Allocate work assignments and manage daily schedules effectively to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Monitor performance and professional attitudes across all departments.
  • Resolve internal conflicts, manage payroll, bonuses, and KPIs, and propose incentive schemes to motivate personnel.

Training & Development

  • Guide staff on operational procedures, customer service standards, and medical safety protocols.
  • Conduct professional skills training for technicians, consultants, and nursing staff.
  • Build internal training materials and organize periodic training programs to elevate team capabilities.

Sales Growth & Business Strategy

  • Establish and allocate sales targets while monitoring and analyzing revenue performance periodically.
  • Supervise the implementation of product displays, cross-selling initiatives, and promotional activities.
  • Propose improvements to the product and service portfolio and develop strategic plans for revenue growth.

Complaint & Crisis Management

  • Receive and handle all customer complaints or incidents regarding services and products.
  • Coordinate crisis communication responses and establish professional, effective reaction processes.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs

  • Prepare legal dossiers, host inspection delegations, and provide necessary explanations to government authorities.
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of recommendations and corrective actions following inspections.

Quality Control & R&D

  • Inspect the quality of treatment services, consulting, and retail products.
  • Establish service standards and maintain quality control at all customer touchpoints.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose operational enhancements.
  • Collect customer feedback to propose the development of new products or service packages.
  • Perform trials and evaluations for new services before official implementation.

Asset & Reporting Management

  • Manage all medical assets and materials, optimizing the consumption of consumables.
  • Perform periodic inventory checks to prevent loss and propose effective preservation methods.
  • Compile detailed reports on sales, human resources, incidents, inventory, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze root causes of issues and propose effective solutions for improvement.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Service Marketing, or Human Resource Management.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetic, or high-end service industries.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and service quality management.
  • Experience working directly with state inspection authorities and knowledge of the dermatology industry is considered a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong capability in team management, task delegation, and staff training.
  • Excellent communication, customer care, and crisis management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business data and service quality metrics.

  • Honest, highly responsible, and capable of working effectively under high work pressure.
