Mô tả công việc
- Establish and improve quality standards, inspection, and acceptance criteria for raw materials and outsourced parts. Complete sample confirmations with the development department.
- Develop a quality control process for outsourced parts. Arrange QC inspections of outsourced products according to the shipment plan. Address any problems found during inspection and track the progress of improvements.
- Work with relevant departments to handle substandard materials; request and track supplier rectifications.
- Guide IQC (Incoming Quality Control) and overseas QC staff to conduct inspections according to standards and help improve their inspection capabilities.
- Conduct on-site supplier audits to enhance their quality assurance capabilities.
- Participate in the development of new materials and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with more than three years of experience in supplier quality management.
- Able to communicate in Chinese, or fluent in English writing, and proficient in computer operation. Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with the processing techniques of metals, wood products, and upholstery is preferred.
- Ability to travel for business.
- Cheerful and positive personality with strong management, communication, and cooperation skills.
