- Ensuring that production meets the quality standards of the organization.
- Conducting regular inline and final inspections.
- Supporting the implementation of new policies, SOPs and standards.
- Validating new policies, SOPs and standards through informal audits.
- Arranging and planning the weekly inspection schedule to align with ship dates.
- Creating and distributing formal inspection reports.
- Monitoring factories' performance to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Monitoring production procedure/timing and alert supervisor if production is facing delay issues.
- Providing training and support to the factory to maintain appropriate quality standards.
- Elevating significant quality issues to direct manager.
- Conducting inspection analysis to identify trending defects and discuss solutions with direct manager.
- Working with factory to problem solve and develop corrective actions.
- Monitoring all factories to ensure any subcontracting meets Goldbug's policy.
- Elevating to manager anticipated delays due to inspection performance.
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of all new factories.
- Collaborating with U.S. cross functional team members for resolving quality issues.
- Establishing professional relationship with suppliers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English for all skills.
- At least 3 years of quality experience, preferably in textiles or children's products.
- Experience working in the third-party company is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, responsible for assigned work.
- Ability to work independently in high pressure.
- Needs to be resourceful, highly organized, and able to multi-task easily.
- Ability to adapt quickly and make an impact in a rapid paced organization.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong communication skills including Microsoft office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English language skills.
