Mô tả công việc
- Conduct raw materials and finished goods inspections according to AQL standards and document defects.
- Perform daily online inspections and supervision to ensure factory production is carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Communicate effectively with customers’ quality personnel to ensure clarity and alignment in quality requirements.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the direct manager including additional tests, additional AQL quantities, quality issue analysis, short overseas trips (Cambodia), and support for new product development.

Education & Qualifications
- University degree with an engineering background.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing QC/QA or Production.
- Experience in electronics, furniture, mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering is preferred.
- Ability to rapidly acquire expertise in furniture and lighting product design, manufacturing processes, and safety compliance standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent English for report writing and email communication.
- Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability.
- Proactive working attitude and ability to withstand work pressure.
