Quality System Management
- Implement, maintain, and improve quality procedures and work instructions for printing products (barcode labels, RFID, woven labels, ribbons, stickers, heat transfer labels).
- Manage customer specifications, internal quality standards, and shipment traceability.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits (e.g., FSC, GRS, COC – if applicable).
Quality Control and Monitoring
- Control incoming materials and finished goods quality in accordance with customer AQL requirements.
- Monitor production quality issues; conduct analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and follow up corrective actions.
Coordination and Training
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, and CS teams to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Train employees on quality awareness and customer quality requirements.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- College or University degree.
- Major in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC (printing, garment, or label industry preferred).
- Knowledge of quality management systems, AQL, defect classification.
- Knowledge of printing/label production processes.
- Basic knowledge of audit and CAPA.
Skills & Competencies
- English: reading, writing, basic communication.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork.
Personality & Attitude
- Good health, able to work in a factory environment.
