Mô tả công việc

Quality System Management

Implement, maintain, and improve quality procedures and work instructions for printing products (barcode labels, RFID, woven labels, ribbons, stickers, heat transfer labels).
Manage customer specifications, internal quality standards, and shipment traceability.
Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and certification audits (e.g., FSC, GRS, COC – if applicable).

Quality Control and Monitoring

Control incoming materials and finished goods quality in accordance with customer AQL requirements.
Monitor production quality issues; conduct analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and follow up corrective actions.

Coordination and Training

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, QC, and CS teams to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
Train employees on quality awareness and customer quality requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

College or University degree.
Major in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 2–3 years in QA/QC (printing, garment, or label industry preferred).
Knowledge of quality management systems, AQL, defect classification.
Knowledge of printing/label production processes.
Basic knowledge of audit and CAPA.

Skills & Competencies

English: reading, writing, basic communication.
Problem-solving, analytical thinking, teamwork.

Personality & Attitude

Good health, able to work in a factory environment.
