Mô tả công việc
- Review agent interactions/cases to measure team performance and track customer support quality.
- Participate in calibration sessions to evaluate agent performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Identify customer pain points and expectations through customer listening.
- Implement improved customer engagement strategies to increase agent efficiency.
- Create QA reports based on KPI-oriented scoring (results, root cause, and recommended actions).
- Review performance appraisals and discuss individual development plans.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College degree or higher.
- Fluency in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent) and Chinese (HSK 4 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a QA role (specialized in the BPO industry).
- Customer service and SOP-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of reading with accuracy.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
