Job Description

  • Review agent interactions/cases to measure team performance and track customer support quality.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to evaluate agent performance.
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents.
  • Identify customer pain points and expectations through customer listening.
  • Implement improved customer engagement strategies to increase agent efficiency.
  • Create QA reports based on KPI-oriented scoring (results, root cause, and recommended actions).
  • Review performance appraisals and discuss individual development plans.

Job Requirement

  • College degree or higher.
  • Fluency in English (TOEIC 650 or equivalent) and Chinese (HSK 4 or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a QA role (specialized in the BPO industry).
  • Customer service and SOP-oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of reading with accuracy.
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
