Procurement Operations
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, order processing, and tracking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and budget constraints.
- Monitor market trends and supplier pricing to negotiate the most favorable terms for the company.
Supplier & Inventory Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on quality, delivery timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels, prevent shortages, and optimize inventory turnover.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with production, finance, and quality departments to align procurement activities with operational needs.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance summaries, to management.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, quality defects, or delivery delays promptly.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or polymer-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, inventory control, and supplier management.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Proactive in identifying process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
