Mô tả công việc

Oversee daily operations and full workflow management (production to delivery).
Coordinate and lead two production teams (totaling ~10 workers).
Ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
Support the Factory Manager in daily execution and communication.
Manage production schedules, resources, and problem resolution.
Optimize productivity and streamline workflows.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic, metal, or reflective products.
Strong background in operations and production management.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Fluency in either English or Korean.
Proficient in problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Experience working in Korean-managed factories is a plus. This indicates the company may be Korean-owned but doesn't mention a specific company name, so it's retained.
Korean language skills are preferred but not mandatory if fluent in English.
