Mô tả công việc

Manage and oversee daily printing operations to ensure production targets are met
Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery
Train, supervise, and motivate printing technicians to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards
Monitor and maintain the printing machines to ensure they are operating at optimal efficiency
Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve production output
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and quality
Monitor inventory levels and order printing supplies as needed
Work with other departments to ensure seamless production processes

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper packaging industry with a proven track record in production management
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Can communicate by English
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
