Job Description
- Manage and oversee daily printing operations to ensure production targets are met
- Schedule and coordinate production activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Train, supervise, and motivate printing technicians to ensure they meet quality and productivity standards
- Monitor and maintain the printing machines to ensure they are operating at optimal efficiency
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and improve production output
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order printing supplies as needed
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless production processes
Job Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper packaging industry with a proven track record in production management
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Can communicate by English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
