Processing payments and financial transactions to suppliers promptly.
Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
Prepare and submit tax reports, short-term loan reports, and supporting documents for some accounting transactions.
Effective recordkeeping ensures easy access to important information when needed.
Working with the bank to fill in some bank forms when the need arises.

Yêu cầu công việc

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
Assist other tasks and report as requested.
