Mô tả công việc
- Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process along with the layout and equipment. This includes creating and setting specifications, developing, implementing and monitoring this equipment as part of the manufacturing process.
- Modify and optimize equipment and processes that are already in place.
- Standardization. Documentation all Production process. equipment
- Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the continuous manufacturing process.
- Troubleshooting of production problem in term of quality and efficiency.
- Making Corrective and Preventive Action Report for Solving any internal and external complain.
- Coordinate with Maintenance in planning and installation of new equipment.
- Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Critical/logical thinking - have to locate problems, and then think of those problems from a variety of perspectives to assess the best solution.
- Excellent communication skills - working with people across the manufacturing process. have to be able to manage people well and communicate new ideas effectively.
- Calm under pressure - must be able to troubleshoot at an advanced level. If a problem is delaying manufacturing
