Mô tả công việc

Design and development of a continuous manufacturing process along with the layout and equipment. This includes creating and setting specifications, developing, implementing and monitoring this equipment as part of the manufacturing process.
Modify and optimize equipment and processes that are already in place.
Standardization. Documentation all Production process. equipment
Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the continuous manufacturing process.
Troubleshooting of production problem in term of quality and efficiency.
Making Corrective and Preventive Action Report for Solving any internal and external complain.
Coordinate with Maintenance in planning and installation of new equipment.
Continual evaluation of equipment and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high.

Yêu cầu công việc

Critical/logical thinking - have to locate problems, and then think of those problems from a variety of perspectives to assess the best solution.
Excellent communication skills - working with people across the manufacturing process. have to be able to manage people well and communicate new ideas effectively.
Calm under pressure - must be able to troubleshoot at an advanced level. If a problem is delaying manufacturing
