Mô tả công việc
- Counselling all Branch's concerned Departments about the regulations related to service contracts and business of the Branch for all departments and branches in North side area.
- In charge of managing and storing Branch's signed contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- In charge of insurance related to business operation of the Branch. Follow all insurance claims and cooperate with related Departments to process the claim.
- Support on handling disputes between customers and suppliers with the Branch.
- Support on processing License of the Branch, such as:
Business Certificate
Transport Business Certificate
International Road Transport Certificate
Logo of truck & trailer
Legalize company document
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

- Male, Graduated with a bachelor's degree in law (compulsory)
- Good at English (4 skills) (compulsory)
- At least 1 year of experience working in corporate as Legal Staff
- Careful at work. Good communication
