Import & Logistics Coordination
- Prepare and manage all necessary importation documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Track importation status and liaise directly with warehouses to coordinate efficient goods receipt.
- Maintain accurate records by updating importation status and invoice details in the system.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
- Manage domestic order workflows, including data entry, price verification, and real-time monitoring of fulfillment status.
- Facilitate logistics between warehouses and customers to ensure timely goods pick-up and delivery.
- Process customer sample requests and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complaints regarding damages, discrepancies, or delays.
Financial & Administrative Operations
- Review and validate monthly billings from third-party logistics (3PL) providers and process payments.
- Prepare and submit detailed invoice listings and supporting documentation to the Finance department.
- Provide operational support for corporate and international projects as required by management.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 3–4 years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, regulatory requirements, and supply chain concepts.
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Requirement: Must have hands-on experience with SAP modules, including MB52, MD04, ME23N, ME80FN, MMBE, V_V2, VA01, VA02, VF01, VF02, VL02N, and ZVA04.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership over work quality.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage conflicting demands effectively.
