Mô tả công việc
- Plan and develop customer acquisition strategies, build potential customer databases, and approach customers using company-provided data.
- Conduct multi-channel sales including online sales (priority for candidates with successful personal branding) and offline sales (priority for candidates targeting international markets; the Company supports participation in international trade fairs).
- Participate in domestic exhibitions and trade fairs to expand customer sources.
- Close sales orders according to requirements and ensure target revenue is achieved.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to process and execute sales orders.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports as required.
- Support team members with tasks assigned by the team leader.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- College degree or higher.
- Preferred majors include Business, Printing Technology, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Preference for candidates with B2B sales experience in the packaging or printing industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Capability to achieve revenue targets.
- Ability to plan, implement, evaluate, and report periodically.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Languages
- English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (mandatory).
- Other languages such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, or Spanish are beneficial but not required.
- Candidates with an additional foreign language receive a 1,000,000 VND monthly allowance.
