Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Receive forecast orders from the Key Account, process forecasts, and update the company system according to the supply team's process.
  • Provide feedback on forecast orders to the Key Account or designated factories.
  • Finalize monthly inventory of raw materials/finished goods with Purchasing/Customer Service and balance with forecast demand to inform Purchasing for additional procurement.
  • Finalize inventory of greige/finished goods with the Key Account or designated factories.
  • Approve production orders for the Key Account or designated factories.
  • Coordinate with Management Accounting and workshops to review and update Cost Break Down (CBD) to propose pricing strategies to the Commercial Director/Deputy Sales Manager.
  • Develop relationships with the Key Account and designated factories; negotiate and sign corresponding contracts/orders/PIs.

Sales Operations and Development

  • Maintain existing business relationships, organize weekly/monthly meetings to ensure targets agreed upon between the Key Account and the Company.
  • Take responsibility for sales according to Department and Company targets.
  • Participate in the Company's sales and marketing programs and approved sales plans.
  • Develop business in the assigned area, take care of customers, and sell according to Company regulations.
  • Exploit needs for new product development from the Key Account.
  • Ensure accurate and safe two-way information flow between the Sales Department/Company and the customer.
  • Update knowledge related to the industry and business activities.
  • Implement according to forms and general processes issued by the Company and Sales Department.
  • Perform other unexpected tasks under the direction of the General Director/Commercial Director and Deputy Sales Manager.
  • Implement periodic after-sales policies according to Company regulations.
  • Commit to the confidentiality of the Company's internal information.

Reporting

  • Contact customers and record all transaction information in customer transaction reports.
  • Report customer contact content to the Deputy Sales Manager.
  • Report plans and transaction results to the Deputy Sales Manager after business trips.
  • Prepare and implement personal business plans; report business periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to the Commercial Director and Deputy Sales Manager.
  • Conduct activities to monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction annually and report to the Deputy Sales Manager as a basis for improvement proposals.

Education & Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor's degree.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience.
  • Knowledge of products, production processes, supply processes, financial policies, and legal regulations related to business activities.
  • Knowledge of product marketing, CRM, etc.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficient in English (4 skills: Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing).
  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • Proficient in office computing.
  • Data analysis, market analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Customer relationship development and maintenance skills.
