- Display warm, courteousness, and friendly demeanors/gestures when welcoming guests.
- Use cheerful and enthusiastic tone of voice when speaking with guests and fellow employees.
- Welcome guests by signing up and performing proper identity check, signing up and verify all new foreigner guests before allowing them to check in to the gaming club area.
- Responsible for actively monitoring and providing 5-star customer services standard and responding promptly on guest’s enquiries while on duty.
- Maintain high alert and full attention to all activities within the Club premises and to co-operate with supervisors and security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage the Club’s properties/equipment.
- Assist and co-ordinate in inter-department tasks/chores to prepare for Club promotions and others events.
- Keep confidentiality of Club operation matters and customer personal information such as passport detail, telephone number, etc.
- To ensure and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned and surrounding station.
- Assist superiors with administrative tasks and other related job when requested.
Working location: Đà Nẵng: Novotel Danang Premier Han River, 36 – 38 Bach Dang St, Hải Châu, Hải Châu
Working time: Work on shift | 8 hours a day/48 hours per week | Extra working hours as and when required by the Management
