Mô tả công việc

Merchandising & Promotion Setup

Manage and implement promotional programs according to monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc plans.
Coordinate with regional merchandising teams for system setup and testing.
Ensure accuracy of product pricing, bonus points (BP), bonus volume (BV), and promotion mechanics.
Work with local IT and Finance teams for data updates and reporting.

Catalogue & Campaign Coordination

Coordinate monthly and quarterly catalogues with regional teams.
Ensure catalogue and digital offers are implemented on time.
Coordinate website banners, offers, and product listings.

Legal & Regulatory Coordination

Work with the Legal team to comply with local promotion and advertising regulations.
Coordinate product and promotion registrations with authorities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for promotion rollout.
Work with printing vendors to ensure catalogue quality.

Administrative & Marketing Support

Coordinate contracts and payments with Legal and Finance.
Support monthly product video shooting plans.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

2-3 years of experience in merchandising, marketing coordination, or similar roles.

Skills & Competencies

Strong coordination skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
