Job Description
Merchandising & Promotion Setup
- Manage and implement promotional programs according to monthly, quarterly, annual, or ad-hoc plans.
- Coordinate with regional merchandising teams for system setup and testing.
- Ensure accuracy of product pricing, bonus points (BP), bonus volume (BV), and promotion mechanics.
- Work with local IT and Finance teams for data updates and reporting.
Catalogue & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly catalogues with regional teams.
- Ensure catalogue and digital offers are implemented on time.
- Coordinate website banners, offers, and product listings.
Legal & Regulatory Coordination
- Work with the Legal team to comply with local promotion and advertising regulations.
- Coordinate product and promotion registrations with authorities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for promotion rollout.
- Work with printing vendors to ensure catalogue quality.
Administrative & Marketing Support
- Coordinate contracts and payments with Legal and Finance.
- Support monthly product video shooting plans.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, marketing coordination, or similar roles.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
