Mô tả công việc
- Follow up orders from development stage to bulk production and shipment.
- Coordinate with factories on production planning, progress, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate with clients in English and Chinese regarding order status, requirements, and issues.
- Monitor production progress, identify risks, and proactively solve issues.
- Ensure product quality meets customer requirements before shipment.
- Prepare and manage merchandising documents (PO, spec sheets, contracts, production reports, shipping documents, etc.).
- Coordinate with QC/QA team to ensure product quality meets standards.
- Arrange shipment and follow up with logistics partners when needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Must have experience in textile industry (merchandising/order follow-up/customer service).
- Familiar with production workflow and supply chain in textile industry.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
