Design & Analysis
- Analyze, improve, and optimize production machinery and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation to support design, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Machinery & Equipment Handling
- Work with CNC machines, including setup, programming understanding, and process improvement to meet production requirements.
- Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery or production line equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance, identify potential failures, and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
Collaboration & Improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to identify issues on the shop floor and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen) to enhance production workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all engineering activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, production machinery, and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines and production line equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving processes.
