Design & Analysis

Analyze, improve, and optimize production machinery and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation to support design, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Machinery & Equipment Handling

Work with CNC machines, including setup, programming understanding, and process improvement to meet production requirements.
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery or production line equipment.
Monitor equipment performance, identify potential failures, and recommend preventive or corrective actions.

Collaboration & Improvement

Collaborate with production teams to identify issues on the shop floor and propose technical solutions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen) to enhance production workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all engineering activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, production machinery, and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
Hands-on experience with CNC machines and production line equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to improving processes.
