- Manage all maintenance/project activities and device functionality.
- Review and develop mechanical and piping specifications, layouts, and troubleshooting plans.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans for equipment.
- Develop process documentation and improvements for the maintenance/project team.
- Train and implement mechanical maintenance/project programs.
- Supervise and monitor staff/contractors on mechanical projects.
- Manage materials for maintenance/project tasks, including monitoring, checking, and inventorying parts.
- Provide leadership and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Analyze problems and devise solutions using mechanical devices and parts.
- Redesign mechanical systems, develop analyses, and propose design changes for improvement projects.
- Oversee the entire farm process and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate with field support teams (electrical, production, office) to maintain smooth production flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated field issues.
- Participate in recruiting and performance reviews of colleagues and general workers.
- Assist in training and evaluating maintenance/project staff.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports, and manage documentation.
- Update information on the construction and breakdown system and provide recommendations to management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Good English reading, writing, and communication skills.
