Mô tả công việc
- Production and Maintenance: Oversee and complete production plans, manage resources, and optimize procedures for the MC.
- Engineering and Technology: Develop and implement improvement plans for personnel, equipment, and processing technology.
- Quality: Implement new quality requirements, develop countermeasures for defect reduction, and manage quality documentation.
- Supply Chain Management: Supervise material flow, support quality improvement for suppliers, and reduce quality costs.
- Budget: Develop and manage expense budgets and investment plans for the MC.
- Supervision: Optimize organizational structure, develop personnel, manage employee performance, oversee equipment maintenance, and prevent operational errors.
- IMSU/EHS (Integrated Management System/Environment, Health, and Safety): Investigate and improve workplace safety, reduce risks and injuries, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Lean Manufacturing: Implement lean production activities, optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Junior College degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related Digital Control field.
- At least 8 years of experience in CNC, NC, and surface treatment for metal parts, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
- Experience managing the entire machine center workflow and quality, including surface treatment.
- Experience managing machines within the Machine Center, such as turning and milling machines.
- Excellent drawing and mechanical programming skills (Solidworks/CAD/UG), and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 & 9001 requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good Chinese and English communication.
