Customer Relationship & Business Development

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Japanese and international customers.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities with Japanese companies in Vietnam and overseas.
• Visit customers to understand logistics requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Logistics Service Sales & Commercial Negotiation

• Promote logistics services, including international air and ocean freight forwarding, customs brokerage, domestic transportation, and warehousing solutions.
• Prepare quotations and business proposals, then follow up with customers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms.

Internal Coordination & Sales Reporting

• Coordinate closely with Operations, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Represent the company at logistics exhibitions, Japanese business associations, and industry networking events when required.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of B2B sales experience in international freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, customer service, or other related service industries.

Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of logistics operations, including import/export procedures, Incoterms, freight rates, and logistics pricing structures.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, customer relationship management, and relationship-building skills with Japanese customers.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Language / Other Requirements

• Japanese nationality, currently residing in Japan or Vietnam.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above, business level.
• English: Business level.
• Willing to work full-time in Hanoi.
• No strict age requirement; candidates born in the 1980s or later are preferred.
• Gender: Open.
• Experience developing Japanese corporate accounts, existing network within the Japanese business community in Vietnam, or experience in multinational logistics companies is preferred.
