- Design and implement LEAN practices (VSM, Continuous flow, Workplace organization 5S, Cycle time, takt time studies, Ergonomic, Define Waste, TPM program).
- Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying value-added and non-value-added activities.
- Lead Kaizen events to find potential improvements.
- Develop and implement work instructions and train team members.
- Design, redesign, and enhance work areas and layouts to be more ergo friendly, reduce repetitive motions and inefficient methods.
- Plan, select, design, and develop workplace and layout for manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing techniques.
- Leads project teams to optimize existing PCBA & mechanical assembly processes on a continuous basis.
- Coordinate and implement Continuous Improvement of processes to upgrade production yield and quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Lead and drive for continuous improvement activities to achieve company objectives.
- Drive for yield improvement and cost reduction project to achieve company objectives.
- Minimize waste (scrap, cost of non-quality / conformance/nonvalue add).
- Evaluate current industrial engineering practices and identify those needing improvement.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate services to maximize productivity (capacity analysis)
- Improve the efficiency of each production process.
- Evaluate employees’ tasks and responsibilities, identifying procedures or tools to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain data collected
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least with 5 years of experience in industrial & manufacturing engineering
- Technical Competencies: Lean Manufacturing, VSM, Continuous flow, Workplace organization 5S, Cycle time, takt time studies, Ergonomic, Define Waste, SMED, Pull system, TPM program, PCB Assembly, Box Build, Mechanical Assembly, and Industrial Engineering.
- Good interpersonal relationship and a team player
- Proficiency with analytical tools, workflow time study, and process balancing. MOST or MTM certification is a must.
- Experience with AutoCAD
