Mô tả công việc

Manage all Import & Export processes for Raw Material, Finished Goods.
Ensure and manage efficient handling of local customs procedures such as day to day customs declarations, liquidation must as well as any other Customs related topics.
Make customs finalization yearly report.
Be responsible for all compliant, accurate and timely internal and external reporting as well as regular reconciliation of data between Customs authorities and the company.
Solid understanding of customs regulations is a must.
Handle self-registration customs declaration for import/export shipments.
Coordinate with Planning department / Customers / Vendors / Suppliers to prepare shipping documents and closely follow up to ensure the delivery without issues or additional costs.
Ensure 100% compliance with Local / Regional / Global Regulations, Standards and Rules set by Internal and External bodies and authorities.
Manage all customs staffs.
Report to General Manager and Marketing Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor Degree of logistic, Supply chain, and related field.
Experience in using ERP system & Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in comparable position.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable to work in a multi-national environment.
English proficiency: Fluent
