Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to support management decision-making.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring efficiency.
HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and organizational needs.
- Advise stakeholders on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding people-related issues and strategic HR initiatives.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage HR administration, including compensation and benefits (C&B) processing, incentive/bonus calculations, and payroll support.
- Oversee daily office administration, including asset management and facility coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement internal policies that foster a positive working environment and high employee engagement.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR generalist functions.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and HR business partnering.
- Experience in C&B administration and incentive/bonus calculation.
- Experience in office administration and asset management is preferred.
- Recruitment agency/headhunting experience is considered a significant advantage.
