Job Description

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to support management decision-making.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
  • Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize hiring efficiency.

HR Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with department heads to address workforce challenges and organizational needs.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management regarding people-related issues and strategic HR initiatives.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage HR administration, including compensation and benefits (C&B) processing, incentive/bonus calculations, and payroll support.
  • Oversee daily office administration, including asset management and facility coordination.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement internal policies that foster a positive working environment and high employee engagement.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR generalist functions.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and HR business partnering.
  • Experience in C&B administration and incentive/bonus calculation.
  • Experience in office administration and asset management is preferred.
  • Recruitment agency/headhunting experience is considered a significant advantage.
