Mô tả công việc

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)

2. HR Operations (30%)

Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in C&B administration (attendance, payroll coordination)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Support internal engagement activities if required

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment
Proven track record in end-to-end hiring (especially mid-level roles and above is a plus)
Experience in large manufacturing companies with 500+ employees
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in English or Chinese (Mandarin) – able to work with expats / regional teams
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
