Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)

2. HR Operations (30%)

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in C&B administration (attendance, payroll coordination)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Support internal engagement activities if required

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment
  • Proven track record in end-to-end hiring (especially mid-level roles and above is a plus)
  • Experience in large manufacturing companies with 500+ employees
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English or Chinese (Mandarin) – able to work with expats / regional teams
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
