Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
2. HR Operations (30%)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in C&B administration (attendance, payroll coordination)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support internal engagement activities if required
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment
- Proven track record in end-to-end hiring (especially mid-level roles and above is a plus)
- Experience in large manufacturing companies with 500+ employees
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English or Chinese (Mandarin) – able to work with expats / regional teams
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
