Mô tả công việc
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Provide support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.
- Liaise with HRMS product/service development teams to gain in-depth knowledge.
- Help the sales team achieve targets and provide support for sales pitching.
- Conduct industry research studies.
- Encourage clients to purchase extras and upgrades.
- Identify potential new markets or clients based on product/service knowledge.
- Continuously stay updated on HRMS products and services for effective sales and client service.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the HRMS family suite and be responsible for technical solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer issues.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese communication.
- Prior experience in a technical presales role is highly advantageous.
- Proven expertise in HR software systems is mandatory.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
