Mô tả công việc

Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
Provide support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.
Liaise with HRMS product/service development teams to gain in-depth knowledge.
Help the sales team achieve targets and provide support for sales pitching.
Conduct industry research studies.
Encourage clients to purchase extras and upgrades.
Identify potential new markets or clients based on product/service knowledge.
Continuously stay updated on HRMS products and services for effective sales and client service.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the HRMS family suite and be responsible for technical solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer issues.
Perform other assigned tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent in English and Vietnamese communication.
Prior experience in a technical presales role is highly advantageous.
Proven expertise in HR software systems is mandatory.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
Strong presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
