- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients.
- Provide support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.
- Liaise with product/service development teams to gain in-depth knowledge, and provide feedback on user behavior and potential client requests.
- Help the sales team reach targets and support sales pitching.
- Conduct industry research.
- Encourage clients to purchase extras and upgrades.
- Identify potential new markets or clients based on knowledge of products/services and their users.
- Continuously and proactively learn about HRMS products and service updates to ensure effective sales pitching and client services.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRMS family suite and be responsible for technical solutions.
- Attend post-implementation support activities and provide expert resolution to customer issues or concerns.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese communication.
- Previous experience in a technical pre-sales position is a strong advantage.
- Must be a subject matter expert with HR software system experience.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in an easy-to-understand way.
- Possess presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
