Financial Responsibilities:

Develop and manage budgets.
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
Identify revenue opportunities and cost reduction strategies.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Branding Responsibilities:

Maintain a guest-centric focus.
Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
Protect and enhance the company's reputation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Understanding of global markets and cultures.
Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to assess complex situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
