Mô tả công việc
- Supervise and handle Credit document tasks at One of Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs) mainly for FDI customers.
- Manage and Process facility agreements & related document, including but not limited to: security documents; pledge of assets; corporate guarantee; CP documents & other documents as required by the Bank in accordance with the credit application, internal procedures & regulations.
- Monitor the completeness of required documents and supervise the compliance of legal documents, security of credit customer, follow up implementation of relevant information including regulations and laws on credit.
- Collaborate with internal (within branch or other overseas offices) & external stakeholders during document process.
- Prepare & check internal & external credit-related reports.
- Co-operate and coordinate with other Departments in credit works.
- Follow up/ collaborate/ support the implementation of changes in internal procedures & local regulation (if any) related to credit works.
- Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated in Economics, Banking, Foreign Trade, Account & Auditing
- Good knowledge of regulations in Vietnam
- At least 7-year experience in Credit Admin tasks of Corporate Banking or Corporate Finance
- Good leadership skill
- Good command in English in all 4 skills
- Good communication skill
- Good sense of team work, responsibility, initiative & hard working
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Credit analysis skill is a plus
