- Lead website management, SEO/SEM, and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage web analytics, create dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness, and maintain a data-driven testing culture.
- Develop and execute website tests to improve acquisition, engagement, and traffic.
- Ensure data accuracy in web analytics implementation, working with developers to address issues and enhance tracking capabilities.
- Analyze data to understand user behavior, identify optimization opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage email nurture programs throughout the customer lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to create effective campaigns.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, including:
- 3+ years in high-tech B2B demand generation.
- 3+ years of experience with Marketing Automation.
- Experience building, launching, and reporting on integrated marketing campaigns using various tactics (email, social media, paid media, lead nurturing, CRM).
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and using website/email marketing for lead nurturing and growth.
- Experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies to maximize ROI.
- Extensive Salesforce and Tableau experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
